Committees Reporting to Council
Sections 29 of the Macquarie University Act 1989 and 35(1) of the Macquarie University By-Law 2005 empower the Council to make Rules (not inconsistent with the Act or By-Law). The Discipline Committee reports to Council in accordance with the provisions of the Student Misconduct and Discipline Rules.
